Nook Property Services started with a simple frustration: keeping a property in good condition shouldn't mean chasing three different tradespeople, three different quotes and three different standards of finish.

We're a Melbourne based crew handling painting, gardens and cleaning under one roof. Painting is where we started and remains what we do best interior and exterior repaints, plaster and wall repair, timber floors with the same standard of preparation whether it's a single room or a full weatherboard exterior.

The way we work is straightforward. We attend the property, measure the real surface area, and quote in writing before anything begins. The scope is itemised, the exclusions are stated as plainly as the inclusions, and the invoice matches the quote unless something unforeseen appears in which case we stop and talk to you first.
