If you contact us through a third party (for example, a property manager enquiring on behalf of an owner), we may receive your details from them.

We use your personal information to prepare and send you a quotation; schedule and carry out the work you've engaged us for; contact you about your job; issue invoices and process payment; keep records of completed work including before and after photos; and respond to questions, feedback or complaints. We will not use your information for a different purpose without your consent, unless permitted or required by law.

We take photos of work sites before, during and after a job. These are used for our own records and for quality assurance. We will not publish photos of your property on our website, social media or marketing materials without your prior consent. If you'd prefer we don't photograph your property at all beyond our internal records, just let us know.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with subcontractors or trade partners engaged to carry out part of your job; our accountant or bookkeeper; service providers who host our website, email or business systems; and anyone else where you've consented or where we're required by law.
